Scenes from the 9-11 Memorial Ceremony conducted September 11, 2003

On September 11, 2003, the Center for American and International Law hosted a ceremony memorializing the horrific events of 9-11. Police and fire units from across North Texas attended, along with a number of citizens. Participants included the Dallas Police Choir, and bagpipers from the Dallas and Plano Police Departments.
