Program Information

This intense practice-oriented program is led by David Ruhnke, John Niland, and Phil Wischkaemper and features Michael Tigar. It will help prepare defense attorneys to try capital cases. Participants work with a mock case and focus on such issues as jury selection, cross-examination, and opening and closing statements. Feedback will be available in group break-out sessions, where participants can practice trial skills.
