Capital Trial Mitigation

A Program For The Defense

One goal of trial counsel is to humanize the client and put his actions
in context with the rest of the client’s life conditions and experiences.
Jurors should have all of the evidence that will help them understand
the client and why he or she may have committed an offense that
may appear to defy explanation. This program includes a focus on
capital cases but covers issues valuable to any defense lawyer.
